Default Pitot line routing and mat'l question

Spent better part of a day fabricating aluminum line for my pitot tube connection in the cockpit. Routed them from instrument to longeron than aft to 604 bulkhead and down to a hole near the floor where it will exit and join up with the wing. How can I secure the line to the bulkhead and longeron to keep it stable and secure as it seems there is ample ptential for chafing on the bulkhead where there are rivets to scrape on? Also the tubing turned out all right but there are a couple of small twists in it and it isnt real pretty to look at so I was thinking of replacing it with neoprene tubing. The tubing I had in mind has a inner diameter of 5-16ths is this an acceptable replacement for the 1-4 in aluminum tube? Thanks. Jim.
