Mel's Canopy

I saw the picture of Mel Asberry's RV-6 on Doug Reeves' web site and it appears to have a custom canopy. Mel, would you mind sharing the details? How did you make the sunshade and side windows? Does it cut down on the heat on a hot day?

Mark,
Here is a picture of Mel and Ann that I took as they taxied in at Land of Enchantment. Sorry for the huge size, but this shows pretty well that Mel just painted the canopy for the amount of coverage he wanted. Mel will have to chime in on the heat issue.
