Default Torque for brass brake line fittings?

Anyone know what the proper torque value is for the brass (I think?) fitting from the plastic brake lines to the elbow fittings on the brake cylinders? Similar question for the braided steel lines to the blue fittings on the pilot's side.

Thanks..
