Smile cooling baffling

I'm using Vans cooling baffling print to build baffling for my 9. These are prints only, not plans. There is a part, CB 17, called inner cyl temp raiser. I have no diagram to tell me where it goes or how it is fastened to what. Have any of you used this set that can give me some information? thanks

Nevin,

I'm not clear on the difference between prints and plans. My plans for the baffling are on 11 x 17 inch paper. But to get to your question, my prints/plans do not show such an animal (CB17) either on the plans themselves or in the materials list. Note that mine is an O-360 so perhaps if you have a different engine, there are different parts?

Sorry I'm not of more help....
