Great service from Avery Tools
A few weeks back I had a problem with rusted clecos... Had around 50 of them.
I had problem contacting Avery at first but it was a technical problem (mail server). We were finally able to contact each other... Bob and Sandra were really helpful.
I sent the bad clecos back, and they sent me 100 in return, to cover the shipping cost and brokerage fees.
If all companies had such great customer service, the world would be a better place!
kudos to Avery Tools for the great service.
