Default Wing Installation Tasks

I've read lots of threads on this, but I want to make sure of a few things before installing the wings on my -8A. I'm planning on installing the wings once with hardware store bolts and perform the following tasks:

- Set the wing incidence / drill rear spar
- Drill the bottom fuselage skin to the bottom of the wing
- Fit the wing root fairings

Then I plan to take them off and install nutplates on the wings for the fuse skin bottom and wing root fairings. Then install the wings for the final time with the close tolerance bolts.

Just to make sure, I can install the flap fairing and tank to fuse bracket after the wings are on, correct? Also, is there any reason that I can't drill and install nutplates for the wing root fairings before installing the wings? I realize that the root fairings will have to be trimmed for the appropriate gap after the wings are on. I'm just trying to make the best use of my helpers' time during wing installation day.
