Default Newer-style nose wheel fairing brackets

http://s678.photobucket.com/albums/v...ngbrackets.jpgI've gotten the U-713C brackets for my -7A, but have no instructions. Is the center hole, just below the slot drilled out for the axle? Is the slot for the axle straight or curved a bit before the bracket is "captured" by the axle?

Could someone post a small plans drawing of the area?

Thanks.
