Aircraft Spruce "HAZ" Fees
We noticed some postings regarding Aircraft Spruce charging HAZ fees for small tubes of torque seal, and wanted to assure forum readers that we do not charge HAZ fees on this product. Due to the small size of the tube, we can ship it via UPS "ORMD", which means it is a "HAZ" product but fees do not apply due to its small size. The smallest box we have available is 7" x 7" x 5" which would add about 30 cents to the shipping charges if shipped by itself. If the torque seal was ordered with other items, it would not result in any extra freight due to its small size, weight, and no haz fee status.
