Another First Flight
Larry Maynard got the grin this morning. His beautiful 8A took to the skies over Cleveland, GA.
With his permission I've posted a couple photo's.

She sure is a beauty. I always thought by adding a radiator under the belly and adding outside landing gear doors, the RV-8 would look a lot like a P-51D. You think that is a coincidence?

I think it should be mandatory to have a checkerboard tail on RV-s. Very nice paint scheme.
