Mattituck used to sell engines with the Aerosance system, IIRC. Give them a call and maybe they can point you in the right direction. Alternatively, Liberty Aerospace perhaps still fits them to their XL2 (IOF-240B).

Certified FADEC won't be "reasonable" no matter who you talk to though - have a talk to Ross about his SDS system if you can go experimental...
