Default Van's Lighting Dimmers

I purchased an RV-8, and on the bulkhead between the forward baggage compartment and the instrument area are two circuit boards which I believe to be Van's lighting dimmers. There are no wires connected to them. Can anyone share a wiring diagram of the Van's dimmers, as well as tell me what kind of rheostat or potentiometer is used for the controller? thanks
