Wheel???

I'm trying to find the part number thru vans site for the main whell on an RV-4 I have to replace it(bent)and can't find the number?

I'm helping a friend

KCPGM,
My RV-4 preview plans don't provide a part number for the wheel. They only specify a Cleveland 5.00x5 wheel.
