Default Atlanta area freebee: empennage cart
I kept my -7 empennage on this cart for 3 years while it waited for everything forward of it to get built. I'm guessing that this would also work for any other rv tail. I'm about to stow the cart at my hangar at KLZU. If you want it, ping me and arrange for pick up. (It's in Cumming now.)
