Default Nose Gear Leg Fairing - How do he do that?

Does anyone know whose this is or how they did it? It's a very slick installation and I would like to know a little more before trying it myself.

Looks like the binding attachment might be molded into the inside in about the same place as the orginal hose clamp. I wonder if there are any clearance issues when the wheel is full left or right?

Would like to see what the wheel pant cut out below the leg fairing looks like if it's on someones web site?

Any help appreciated!
