Attaching vert stabilizer

Hi all-

Quick question for those of you building a 9A.
As I study the plans it appears that the VS attach bracket is AFT of the vertical stabilizer spar. Am I reading this correctly?
I ask because it seems that my VS lays much better with the VS attach bracket FORWARD of the spar of the VS.
Photos would be appreciated.

Peter, I recall a not in the instructions saying to use either side, depending on what fit best.

As I recall, mine was mounted on the opposite side from that shown in the plans.
