Default Randy Simpson Airtime Manufacturing No Customer Service

Well I have received no email response from Randy Simpson on the status of my order. I did recieve one response after a post here that he would ship the next week. It never came? I get no responses to email...... and unfortunately I have to post to the forum to even hope that someone may be able to contact him.

I am very disappointed. No matter how good the product a company should at least respond to their customer and keep committments. However since I cannot even get an email response and my order is well over-due I am going to challenge my payment with PAYPAL. Simple customer communication would have kept this from happening.
