Default Landing Light Installation

I had a heck of a time installing the right landing lights into my wing-tip today. I kept thinking "There's gotta be a better way!" Trying to hold the screws, support plates, backing plates, cup , light bulb...etc and then trying to tighten the screw to hold the whole thing together....worse than herding wild cats!!! Am I doing something wrong? Did a search and didn't notice anyone else having troubles...so it must be me.

The only thing you were doing wrong was that you were putting them into the wingtip instead of the leading edge!

Just kidding, I have not done that part, but they do look difficult to install.

Hopefully somebody else will be able to provide some more helpful advice.
