Default Securing the Baffels

Hi folks,

I am about to permanently mount my engine baffles. There are several bolts that go into the engine block and several screws that go into the heads. Should these be safety-wired, locktite'd, star washer and torque or just torqued down and checked regularly?

Regards,

Michael Wynn
