Default Insurance Costs?

I am considering building an RV-10 and am hoping someone can give me an idea of what I can expect for costs and coverages for insurance. I am a low-time pilot (<200 hrs) but will have my instrument rating (and more hours) before I finish the kit. I have no idea of what to expect for insurance costs as I have never owned an airplane.

Budget $3,000- $3,500, more or less depending on hull value. Markets are Global Aerospace (EAA members), AIG (discount for AOPA members), and US Specialty (usually high, unless the others won't quote for some reason).

Pvt IFR is a good idea.
