Default Fuel quantity senders

I will be installing flop tubes in both tanks (RV-8). I am currently building on the RIGHT fuel tank, and drilled out the holes to mount the fuel quantity sender in the baffle (second bay from inboard) as directed. However in doing so...later realized that I used the sender that was directed to be used in the LEFT tank as the template for drilling the holes to mount. In that they are orientated in the same "plane" when mounted in the baffles....I can't see any reason that this makes any difference. The holes are different, so I can't just simply swap with the other sender. Thoughts???

Default The senders are drilled differently to avoid reversing.

If you have drilled the holes with the sender "upright" then you will be OK.
