Thumbs up Great Customer Service

A "Kudo" to Perihelion Design ( www.periheliondesign.com ) for their excellent customer service.
I bought a low voltage warning light, and thought I had a problem with it about a year later, well after the warranty period. Sent a short email to Perihelion asking for troubleshooting advice, and they immediately sent me a replacement unit, no questions asked!
It turned out that the problem was NOT with his device, so I returned the new one. Now troubleshooting my plane.

That is Great customer service!!
