RV-8 naca vent tube through fwd baggage

Once again, in the past I ran across someone's post that I now can't find. He took the RV-8 naca vent tube from underneath the fwd baggage compartment, brought it through the shelf with an aluminum double 90 degree aluminum tube, and then to the back of the panel. Would anybody happen to know where this is or the website? Once again, I have spent 45 mins trying to plug in all kinds of key words to no avail. Thanks. Dave
