Default weight and oil ?? on IO-540

how much oil does a IO-540 carry?

How much does the Vetterman exhaust weigh for the IO-540?

engine is a IO-540 parallel head as recommended by Van for the -10

I'm trying to get a true wet weight for the engine for my -10

Thanks, Dan

They have a 12 quart sump but most of us fly with around 10 quarts. Can't answer the exhaust question.

Don't know about the Vetterman exhaust, but Lycoming lists the dry weight of the IO-540-D4A5 as 386 lbs. with fuel injection, mags and starter.
