Default Any ideas of Vans cost escalation for 09

Does anyone know what the typical cost escalation is when Vans increases their costs at the beginning of the year. I just want to update my costs estimation.

thanks,

I don't have figures for each year but I ordered the plan set for my RV-9A in 2004. At that time, the full kit was ~$17 000. It's now at $20 285. I'd say less than $1000 per year for the airframe... but I'm speculating...

I dont think it will be much... cost of aluminum is down, economy wont support a big increase, etc...

Here's last years thread on this topic.

Looks like a good number to use for planning purposes is 3-4%. This may vary in todays economy, but should be in the ballpark
