Default torque for va-128

what torque should i use when installing hte VA-128 restrictor fitting into the engine?

These fittings use tapered pipe threads, which you don't torque... here's a good description:

I've also been using a bit of fuel lube on the threads of tapered pipe fittings (especially in the fuel system), to prevent thread galling. I assume this is OK.

Default Fuel lube

Fuel lube on pipe fittings is fine. You can also use PTFE liquid lubes as well, like Permatex pipe fitting compound with Teflon. No Teflon tape on the airplane, except for pitot static fittings.
