Default air precision Fuel Injection

I noticed that the mixture adjustment rod seems to switch directions as throttle is being applied. At first as the throttle is opened it moves in one direction and then as full throttle is approached it reverses direction. Has anyone noticed this condition before? Is it normal?

Mine does it and the engine runs great. I have a video clip that Precision sent showing an internal view of what the mixture arm does when it rotates. If you want email me and I'll send it.
