Referral program?

Does Van's still have the referral program? I swear that I have seen a form for it somewhere, unless it is history

Yes,

The form goes out to the new purchaser, they fill it out and send it in.

That's where I saw it. It came with my emp kit.
Cool, glad I wasn't imagining it. Must be CRS.
