I was looking for tips on how to change the oil in my -9, and saw a pic of D. Reeves' -6 with a tail lift. Where did he get it? Thx. Rolly Clark Phase I

That lift is cool but why do you need it? The draing plug on my O-290 is at the back of the pan and it drains just fine w/o lifting the tail.
Am I missing something?

Rolly, I use my tail mate to change the oil like you were asking about, but I enjoy it even more during the occasional belly wipe-down session. That combined with a crawler make it a five minute job.
