Default Still smiling!

Me and N914C have 23 hours now. I would post some new pics but I cant get anyone who can hold a camera and fly! I installed a new magneto and vacuum pump last week, along with plugs for the EIS. Nothing was wrong with the old parts except that they sat for 12 years, and I wanted new ones. I am still having trouble accepting the Wernke prop performance as it doesnt respond like any prop I have ever used. How does a fixed pitch maintain RPM while speed increases amd MAP decreases? I have sustained 4 hours at 210mph with a consumption of 6.1gph. I also make 1800 fpm with full tanks at 125mph. unfortunatly I cant ask the builder, nor can I shake his hand. I am wondering if anyone would be interested in a fly-in at North Bend OR? Us RVers own the whole south end of the field with lots of room for visitors. Anyone interested let me know.
