Default landing lights

i have a rv-4 with wing tip lenses already installed with the nav light. these are the earlier type(small). i'm looking to put landing lights inside, but very limited room. maybe 1- 1 1/2 " to play with. does any one have an idea or is there a kit available?

thanks

Default You might be able to fit the small MR16 lights

You might be able to fit the small MR16 lights. Duckworks has them, but no install kit for the wingtip like you have. http://www.duckworksav.com/Upgrades....HID%20Upgrades Scroll down to the bottom to see the MR16 lights. The lights Duckworks sell are HID's, so they are a little more expensive, but it gives you a good idea of what they look like.

The best bet is probably to get one of the regular leading edge kits. It requires a little more work, but it was designed to be able to be installed into a completed airplane without even hurting the paint finish.

http://www.duckworksav.com/LELightKits.html This link shows them, but I think you have to buy it from Vans.

That is a link straight to the leading edge kits from Vans.

Hope that helps.
