Cracks in double floor

I have developed cracks in the double floor that is just rear of the exhaust stacks. The crack has developed around a rivet that holds the siffener in place. The stiffener is located between the hing pin and the attachement to the fire wall. I also think that this is the cause of some noice I am getting at high speed and rpm.

Any one experienced this before?

I just bought a piece of stainless yesterday to fabricate one just like the model Dan suggests.
