Default Do I have a 40A or a 55A alternator?

I've spent the last hour searching this site, and the rest of the internet to try and find which alternator I have...It's a Denso 14824 model, and I've found reference to 40A and 55A...

Any help?

Chad,
I do believe the Denso ratings are based on rpm. The 55A is spinning faster than the 40A.
