Talking It's Great

I have used one of these quite a lot the last two years or so, I love it.

I mounted a regular bit in a straight, cheap Black and Decker cordless screwdriver for all of my hole deburing on my plane.

Turns at the perfect RPM and works great.

(not this exact model but similar)

This along with Avery's adaptor works like a charm

I agree with Brian. I got a few of the cheap countersink bits from HF (they don't last very long) which have a hex shaft, and stuck them in my little Li-ion screwdriver and then work fine for big hole deburring jobs. For small stuff, I just twirl a drill bit between my fingers.

...use here...

I found a battery (non-rechargeable) screwdriver at Home Depot for under $10.

I do find that true aircraft CS bit with a 100 degree angle seems to deburr better than the 82 dgress angle of the HF commercial bits.

Have you seen the Bur-away? Cogsdill makes it. I bought mine direct a few years ago, but I think one of the major tool vendors carries it now. Try this site:

I use a 1/2" or so drill bit. Works fine. Makes my hands cramp after awhile.

Also, I use double flute reaming drill bits that don't leave much of a burr, and I usually will just knock chips off by hand on thinner material.

Thumbs up Cogsdill works great

I would highly recommend this tool especially when building slow build wings as it deburrs both sides of the parts at the same time. This tools is VERY fragile and won't tolerate leaning the tool out of plumb when using. If you are careful you can do both wings without a problem. The only other downside is the cost but for me it was worth it.
