Tom-

My builders log shows I used 2.75oz of the black goop to do one baffle.

Good Luck,

Default sealing tanks

Mix more than you think you'll need.

I buttered mine up good. Its ugly but not as ugly as a leak!

My tanks pass the balloon test & I'm soon going to test with gasoline
in the course of determining unusable fuel, flow rates, calibrating gages,
etc.

Good luck!

Default for the metric minded

Tom -

Learned my lesson on the first tank when I had to quickly mix a second batch (don't try 75 grams).

I just did the second tank on my -9A with 110 grams (100 + 10) and had enough for a good bead, globs in the corners, and "dipping sauce" for the attach plate rivets.

Better to waste a small portion then put everything down and hope the bead sticks in place while you mix more. Both tanks passed the ballon test!

Good luck
