Default Oil tube and dipstick

Hey engine guys, when I put 8 quarts of oil in my engine it shows 5 qts. on the dipstick so apparently I have the wrong combination for my engine. Anyone know part numbers for oil fill tube and dipstick for an IO-360 A1B and a good priced source to obtain them?

Larry, yes the engine was level and I did remark the dipstick but still would like to have the proper parts.
Thanks,
