Default LASAR and UMA Tach

I have the LASAR ignition and the electric UMA tachometer found in vans website. I have the brown wire from the lasar hooked to the tach white wire but I get no tach reading.

I review the information from lasar and uma (uma-19-806-11G) and unhooked the brown wire and moved the white wire to the "L" mag position on the switch. This works, but only if the lasar is off. As soon ans I finish the mag check and the lasar comes back on-line the tach output goes back to zero.

Does anyone have the lasar system running a uma electronic tach?

Is there a compibility list from either lasar or uma?

Thanks-

Jim
