Default Antenna Wire

My aircraft (lancair) came with com antennas installed in the wings. There is a BNC connector in coming out of my wing that I need to hook another lenght of coxial cable to and then to my com.
My question is this: The current cable in the wing is RG58U coaxial cable. Can I use RG142 or the new RG400 to run to com? Is is compatible with RG58U?

Thanks
Bryan

Yeah we be about RV's, but is kinda fun to see a Lancair guy asking questions and getting faster answers than his airplane
