Default Tip: Painting Prep Part II

Still putting together the tools/shop requirements to paint my RV7A. I am going to use the Stewart System paint..... http://www.stewartsystems.aero/

All of the custom FG parts have been fabricated. These parts are in the process of pin hole filling.........

Got the new Campbell Hausfeld 80 gal compressor installed....but...the pressure switch is not working so a new one is on it's way.

Lowes Aero was used again this AM to purchase extra lights for the painting project. I mounted them on 4X4 doug fir which will make them portable. Also bought some mixing containers for the paint.

So far between the new compressor/compressor install/lights/paint stuff I am into the paint $$$$$$$$$$$$ about $1200. Will see if given the Time/Effort/$$$$ spent/results, if the diy paint job is going to be as good or better as compared to the PROS.

Frank @ 1L8 ....RV7A.... Painting about to begin!!!!!!
