Default Tl_3524 alt/enc

Hello, I have a TL elektronics altimeter/encoder. when I set the QNH is shows -174 ft and field elevation is 60 ft. Normally encoders have a screw for adjusting the altitude but no such luck with this instrument. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks,
Joe sends

Do you have your altimeter set to 29.92"?
The encoder always reports based on 29.92".
