Default John Travolta just landed at Oshkosh...

He got there 20 minutes ago in his Boeing 707... I knew I should have gone!

Default Or did he??

Looks like another of his jets, an Eclipse 500, inbound to OSH right now at 1055 CT. Must be nice to have toys like this! I wonder if they'll park this under the wing of the 707?

And looking at the flight times for the 707... woof, a red eye leg from LAX. Yuck. Quick trip though...

Yes, but did he bring his wife? If so, THEN I'll go.

Just the cursory wave to the early crowd assembled as he deplaned, then off the field with his wifeless entourage (I had no clue he was coming - I like to walk the grounds early am and arrived at Aeroshell square just as he deplaned). What is more remarkable is the immaculate condition of the plane. Better than Travolta was admiring the immaculate main gear wheel well of his plane sharing the space with a beautiful blond DC-8 flight engineer. Grrr... .
