Default Red Stars to do 50 at Osh this year

True to form, in the friendly competition between the RV'ers and the warbirds, the Red Stars are going for a 50 ship formation at Osh this year.
They will be overhead on Wednesday. Thats a lot of airplanes in the same space. I can't wait to see em pull it off and hear the roar of all those radials. They have a pretty high bar to meet. We wish them all the best for a safe flight. Go get em Red Stars!

Best,

Yaks and CJ's. They are a sub group inside the F.A.S.T. formation group.
We get the opportunity to join up at a coulple of airshow each year and do some passes with them. Sometimes I stand in on check rides with them also. Fun group. Those radials sound great. We dont mind slowing down to fly with them And we never compete or give each other a hard time I promise.

Mike, thanks.

Kinda thought so, the name is a bit of a give away.

One of my neighbors has a Yak, couple of doors down. I always know when he is taxing by------very distinctive rumble.
