Default Fuel tank dimple dies???

I am working on fuel tanks. I have seen reference to "fuel tank dimple dies"??? So far, I have been unsuccessful in finding this specialty tool part or if using this dimple die is really necessary?
Can anyone clear this up for me?

Ckeveland has them. You will want to use them as they make a slightly deeper dimple so that the rivets will sit flush with the sealant (ProSeal) under them.

Default Avery too

Got mine from Avery.....

One note: The slightly deeper dimple combine with the slight lubricating effect of proseal means you can silde off these much easier with the flush set and can get it going at a slight angle. Just be extra cautious about keeping the rivet gun perpendicular when you pull the trigger.
