Default Slick vs Bendix Mags

I need some education here. I did a search using 'bendix and slick' for titles and nothing relevant showed up.

What are the primary differences between Bendix and Slick mags? Reliability, price, performance, features, something else?

Thanks,

I'm not a mag expert (I use Lightspeed electronic on one side and a Bendix mag with a Slick-manufactured cover on the other) - but what I have heard is that they both produce about the same spark but the Slick mags are easier to service (fewer parts).

Considering how small the total part count is in either, I think it is a vanilla / chocolate issue.

I used Light Speed Plasma II on the right and Slick on the left. Every plane I've owed had Slick installed, easy maintenance, inspection and repair parts are reasonable and ready available.
