Default What tool

Just got my RV7A QB fuselage and am trying to attach the rudder side collars that support the rudder pedals to the side longerons. I have drilled holes through the side collars, but now I don't have any tool to drill into the longeron. (right angle) Before I just buy anything, does anyone have a suggestion of how to drill these holes.

I used a right angled drill attachment for my trusty 14V DeWalt from Avery. Used it in many other places too.
