Default fwl penetration for gascolator

I'm installing the gascolator doubler on my firewall, but don't have the gascolator yet. On the doubler there are two holes for the bolts and a hole between them for the gascolator penetration. How big should this hole be enlarged to?

Are the Canadian MDRA's making you install two gascolators?

As far as I can see, DWG 19 only gives the location of the hole, not it's size.

Two gascolators? No, why do you ask?
