Default Tank Sealer over Rudder Edge

While there are many threads regarding this issue, I have to ask the question. I have primed my inner rudder skins and at the point of finishing the trailing edge.

I have used Duplicolor self-etching primer with great adhesion.

Should I remove the primer?

I would think that the pro-seal is there to facilitate installation

What solvent would remove this primer the easiest?

Thanks

If you properly prepped the pieces before priming (say that five times fast!), there's no need to remove any primer to apply proseal - it will stick just fine.
