Default Vans Shipping
The last two times I ordered from Vans the parts were shipped the same day and there was no $4 handling charge. Whats going on? Am I the customer of the month?

I don't remember about the 4$ charge, but all the three times I ordered some spares I received them within one week..... and I'm in Italy!!
