Default AOA Glareshield mount placement?

I've been trying to determine the best location to mount my AOA Sport on the glareshield (7A Slider) so I can drill the hole for the ribbon cable. At first I thought directly in my line of sight about half way between the panel and the windshield. After playing around with it a bit, I'm thinking about offsetting it more to the center and as far foward as practicle.

Any suggestions from those of you flying with an AOA Sport?

Default AOA Glareshield Placement

I mounted my AOA Sport display with double sided foam tape so I could move it around on the glareshield until it was located where I could see it best.

I noticed that I tended to look down and left at the runway during approach and during the landing flare so I placed it forward and slightly to the left of center. You can see the location I used in the pictures with the write up I did on the Matronics WIKI.
