Question Sealants
I am getting ready to mount the motor and wondering what others are using for sealants. I am thinking Permatex 2B for fuel fittings and Permatex Ultra Copper Hi Temp 101BR for gaskets. This is a IO 360 by Superior and I am only mounting the accessory case components and fuel and oil fittings. Any comments or suggestions?.........Tom

Your engine is essentially the same as the certified Superior Vantage engine.

The overhaul manual for that is here....

Page 73 shows the recommended sealants, and the manual details what to use in each assembly section.

This should give the details you need....
