During the past few weeks...or is it months....when you are enjoying yourself who counts..... I have been knee deep in the infamous FG process.
I have custom made with FG the ram air induction inlet/throttle body air filter enclosure/main gear lower intersection fairings/upper nose roller intersection fairing/HS-VS fairing cosmetic surgery...............what fun.!!!!!!!
Here are a few pix of the custom made nose roller fairing/HS-VS. I use Aereoepoxy resin/hardner, bi and uni cloth and molding clay....
Lots of of work, messy for sure, much to do to finish the parts, but another skill learned and used on my RV7A................
